The Awakened appear to be immune to the so called dangers, misfortunes, and dramas of everyday life. It is not that they have been bestowed with "divine protection," but they have evolved the natural abilities of heightened physical, mental, and energetic awareness. Through contemplation and introspection one can develop the "ears to hear the inaudible," and "eyes to see the invisible."
