The soul's evolution takes place in the present moment - being fully available and receptive to the deep Presence of Being and being conscious of being conscious.
Once the awakening process begins, one is devoted to being mindful of each moment, releasing judgment of what is, and being a vehicle for evolution to unfold.
Resolve to dissolve the 'mental grip' and the evolution of one's soul will unfold.
